How can I stay updated?

How many people usually attend the events?
Our events usually have a fun crowd of 30 to 70 guests, so there’s always plenty of new faces to meet!
How long do the events last?
Our events typically run for about 2 to 2.5 hours, but feel free to stick around and mingle for as long as you’d like!
What do I need to bring to the event?
Just bring your fabulous self and a fully charged mobile phone. Don’t forget to download our free app, Cheeky Events, from the Google Play or Apple App Store. It’s your go-to for rating dates, receiving matches, booking tickets, checking event details, reading dating tips, and contacting us.
I'm nervous about attending alone. Do many people come solo?
Absolutely! About 95% of our attendees come solo, so you won’t be the only one. We suggest arriving 15 minutes early so our friendly hosts can introduce you to other first-timers. Plus, it’s a great chance to enjoy your welcome drink and ask any questions before the fun begins. Remember, everyone’s in the same boat, looking to meet someone special!
What is your refund policy?
We’re sorry, but we don’t offer refunds due to the significant preparation that goes into our events. However, we understand that things come up, so you can transfer your ticket to another event with at least 72 hours’ notice. Each guest gets one transfer per year, and we’re here to help make that process as smooth as possible for you.
Are tickets transferable?
Yes! You can transfer your ticket to another event if you give us at least 72 hours’ notice before the event starts. Find detailed instructions HERE.
What if I can't attend due to a sudden emergency?
Life happens, we get it! If an emergency pops up, please let us know as soon as you can. If you give us 72 hours’ notice, we’ll gladly help you find a replacement and move you to another event free of charge. If it’s less than 72 hours, we kindly ask you to find your own replacement (same gender), and we’ll assist with the name change. If you don't notify us, it will result in a temporary 3-month ban because it prevents others from booking in, and we aim to ensure the best experience for all our guests.
How do I book an event?
Booking is a breeze! Choose any of these four quick ways:

App: Download the Cheeky Events app and click on the event you’d like to join.

Website: click "Get Tickets", and pick your event.

Eventbrite: Follow us on Eventbrite to see all our upcoming events.

Instagram: Follow us on Instagram and use the links in our bio.

I'm having issues with the Cheeky Events App. What should I do?
Make sure your app profile name and email match what you used for your Eventbrite ticket. If there’s an error, delete your app profile and re-register, or update your email on Eventbrite. Still having trouble? Just use our browser version instead of the app.
